Basketball - Women's

* London Cruisers are a gay men’s and women’s basketball team playing in London and international tournaments.
* Training for Men’s team is Fri evening, 7-9pm at Britannia Leisure Centre and Women’s team is Thu evening, 7-9pm, Bethnal Green Academy.
* We’re a fun and friendly team who meet for lots of social events too.
* We welcome players on all levels, beginners or advanced.
* Training is from 7 – 9pm. Please arrive near 7pm so that we can make introductions.
* Please bring trainers and sport gear. There are shower facilities available, please bring towel / shower kit if you would like to use them.
* Bethnal Green Academy is located just off of Bethnal Green Road. We are a short walk from both Bethnal Green and Liverpool Street stations on the Central Line, Hoxton and Shoreditch High Street on the Overground network, as well as Liverpool Street, Bethnal Green and Cambridge Heath rail stations.
* No charge for the ‘taster session’. Afterwards it is £8 per session on ‘pay as you go’ or £5 (if paid in advance for three months)
* Pleaser register your interest by ‘liking’ London Cruisers on facebook, find the ‘Out of Sport’ Taster Session – Women’s Basketball under events and click ‘join’.
