Women’s Football – Hackney Women’s FC

* Hackney Women’s FC, founded in 1986, was the first team to be run exclusively by women and was also the first ‘out’ lesbian team in London, possibly even the UK. We implement a fair play policy, encouraging all women to train and play football regardless of their skills, age, ethnic origin and sexual orientation. All women are welcome.
* Please wear trainers/astro turf boots, shorts/trakkies and T shirt/football shirt. Shinguards if you have them – but they’re not necessary. Bring some water too!
* The easiest and closest Finsbury Park entrance is the Manor House entrance of Finsbury. Please see the map for directions. http://goo.gl/maps/gAzYF
